Anne is a Georgia state licensed General Contractor. Anne has been with D&L Contracting Services from the very beginning. She has over 28 years of general contracting experience from Estimating and project management to field operations. She is our top design build and asset consultant and is also licensed in 14 other states with unlimited tier GC licensing.

Anne, along with being the co-owner of D&L Contracting Services, heads up the asset consultation division of D&L. She is a “hands on” Project Manager and prefers to be on the field throughout our projects, making sure they run smoothly.

Over the last 15 years, Anne has completed numerous commercial projects with budgets in excess of $21.5 million dollars of interior and ground up renovations. Anne has also completed over ten 80,000 sf industrial property demolition and rebuilds with Dalfen Realty. Her passion is asset consultation but also she is known for her Care for detail and ability to put the owners and tenants first.
